The MEGA Ukulele Resource Bible

To all Ukulele Teachers, your Bible has arrived. I am going to have a detailed description on this because it’s so massive, that just saying it’s 200 pages doesn’t do it justice. All fundamental ukulele content for young learners is covered to such a large extent, I decided to just put the full product description of what that entails below. This thing is so beautiful I printed out my own physical copy to put on my bookshelf, or carry around and show off a bit. But anyway, if you’re a Ukulele Teacher reading this today, Merry Christmas! This is my gift to you! Print-Friendly

Cut & Paste Activities:

Chord Dice Activity: Students cut and paste to create a dice. Dice consists of chords in the key of C Major, G Major, or D Major. Dice are then rolled several times by students to compose their song. Dice can also be used to compose in their Relative Minor Keys (A Minor, E Minor, or B Minor). Dice worksheets have chord fingerings filled out, other options are provided for students to first draw circles where fingerings for chords go, as the dice consists of the chord name only, and an empty chord chart.

Cut & Paste Chord Assessment: Chord names are shuffled on the right side, and to be cut out and pasted next to the chord charts on the page without names specified. Multiple versions provided to assess all Major, Minor, and 7 chords.

Games: I can play in 60 Seconds: This game is a chord switching exercise, students work in partners to add up tally’s how many times they can switch between two chords in 60 seconds. All chords are covered in multiple versions of this exercise, as switching between all 1-4-5 chords in major & minor keys including 7 chords are covered.

Tic-Tac-Toe: Tic-Tac-Toe is a more simple starter activity for strumming, or rhythm lessons you’re engaging in with students. Students will choose to be a strum up or down symbol, or will choose to be a quarter or eighth note while playing the traditional tic tac toe game.

Spot The Chord: Students are given a large map of an ocean of chords, and must spot the chords listed at the top of the page. Similar to word search, but dressed up as a “Chord Search”.
