Strumming Practice Session 7:

This next Session is using all 7 Chords. A lot of Eighth Notes here! Be sure to review these rhythms slowly before playing to the video.

Strumming Practice Session 8:

This Strumming Session is in the Key of G Major. The key of G is very common in guitar playing. Be sure to remember when a note is tied, typically in this case your arm will make a downward motion missing the strings, and will hit them on the way back up for the second Eighth Note.

Strumming Practice Session 9:

You’ve made it to the final session! If you’ve passed session 8 you should be very proud of yourself. Getting here is not easy! The F Major Chord is very difficult. You must lay your pointing finger down on all the strings on Fret 1, while at the same time have your Pointing, Middle, and Ring finger push down on the other frets. If you’re struggling that’s ok! The “X” means smack your strings with your entire hand instead of strumming! This is how Guitarists occasionally use their instrument as a percussion instrument as they play.
